It has an intense ruby red color. It has a velvety, full taste. Ideal for roasted meat, game and strong meats. To be served at a temperature of: 18-20°C



Nero del Bosco (Ancellotta)



It has an intense ruby red color, almost dark. It has a neutral and well structured scent with a marasca aroma. Ideal for fatty meats, game and sausages. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C



Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso



It has an intense ruby red color. With aging, it gains elegant granate hints. It has a fruity vinous scent, with long-lingering aromatics hinting at blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and SOTTOBOSCO. Ideal for fatty meats, poultry, moist, except game prepared with spicy sauces. To be served at a temperature of 16-18°C
