Cabernet Franc
Fragrance slightly herbal, intense red ruby color, which tends towards
garnet red if aged; it is elegant, of strong body with great personality.
Excellent with roasts, noble poultry, game, charcuterie, and aged
cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18 °C

This wine displays a bright, limpid, pale straw-yellow color, and
the palate is crisp, and pleasantly smooth. The bouquet is characteristically
delicate, with appropriately moderate body. Excellent as appetiser,

Manzoni bianco
This wine of great prestige comes from the cross-breeding of Pinot
Bianco and Riesling Renano. It is of good body, straw yellow colored,
and it has noble fragrances that recall spring flowers. Excellent
at any time, good accompaniment with soups, vegetables based first
courses, and fish main courses. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
